4 nights - Monday to Thursday

£250 - £300 Stg

3 nights - Friday to Sunday

£180 - £200 Stg

1 week - Saturday to Saturday

£350 - £450 Stg

2 weeks - Saturday to Saturday

£600 - £800 Stg

Change of bed linen and towels will take place after 7 days in the event of any booking in excess of one week.

Checking in time is 4pm on day of arrival.
Please vacate the premises by 10.00 a.m on day of departure.

A collection service is available from local airports and ferry terminals at a cost of £100 return but car hire is advisable.

A baby sitting service is available at a cost of £7 per hour.

Terms and conditions

  • A booking deposit £100 per rental week is required to reserve the cottage. Email or telephone bookings will be reserved for 5 days pending deposit. A receipt will be sent within 7 days. The balance is payable immediately upon arrival.

  • Hirers must be over 18 years of age at the time of booking

  • The Self Catering Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. Arrival commences at 4p.m. on the day of arrival and the cottage will be vacated by 10.a.m on the day of departure. (If you require the cottage later please call.)

  • The hirer is responsible for the property, all equipment during the period of hire, for the clean conditions of all utensils at the end of hire.

  • The hirer must accept responsibility for damage caused to the cottage and its contents during their stay and will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

  • In order to keep the cottage allergy free pets are not allowed in the cottage but a kennel and beds are available in the garage and fields may be used for exercise.

  • THE OLD BARN OPERATES A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY. SMOKERS MAY USE THE GARAGE AND USE THE RECEPTICLES PROVIDED FOR DEPOSIT OF CIGARETTES.
